The relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty has been researched for many years and there have been a lot of debate in this area. However, compared to other industries, in the lodging industry there are very few studies on how customer satisfaction relates to customer loyalty. Findings on the linkage between customer satisfaction and loyalty in the hotel industry have been equivocal. A number of studies have reported significant links while others indicated weak and tenuous relationship. Other researchers argue that customer satisfaction-loyalty relationship is not a one simple linear and this relationship may depend on different variables.
There are several reasons that explain why satisfied customers may not become loyal. For example, travellers may not be loyal to the hotel because they never return to the area. Thus, a customer can be satisfied with the hotel but he or she never revisits the hotel because they never come back to the area. Other guests may be satisfied with the hotel but when they return to the area they like to try out different hotels and gain a new experience.
Another reason is that some guests are price sensitive and will shop for the best deal. Even though they were satisfied with the last hotel, they will try out other hotels because of the deal they were offered. As a final consideration some guests may not develop loyalty because they are never encouraged to become loyal customers. For example, the hotel never asks them to come back and does not collect the data necessary to develop a dialogue with the customer.

Some parents don’t feel comfortable sending their children to a public or a private school. For those parents there is home schooling. This is when the parents teach their children the subjects they would learn in school. The parents don’t need to go to school for this but they need to be well educated. They should have at least gone to high school. They also need to educate themselves on the information they are teaching their children. There are companies that sponsor home schooling. They provide the children with the resources they need in order to fully learn the information. There are tests for each subject that is held at the company in charge of the home schooling. Many students meet together for these tests.
The home schooling technique is usually used when your children are either afraid to go to school or trouble makers. Some children don’t learn well in a school atmosphere. They can now learn everything at home they would have learned at school. The parents must make sure they are actually teaching their children. Some families can get lazy when they are learning at home. If the children don’t focus and do their homework, the home schooling method is not worth it. The parents will eventually be doing more harm than good.
A concern for home schooling is the children will not have any social abilities. There is now a school dance for the home schooled kids. This lets kids who are all home schooled come together to talk and have fun.

So, you’re in that phase of your relationship where you can’t stop smiling, you wake up comforted by her presence, and are uneasy at her departures. You know you want this feeling to last forever and you know what you need to do to make it last. It’s time to get her an engagement ring that shows exactly how special and precious she is to you. Asscher cut engagement rings are the perfect way to show your love for her with a stone that is not only meaningful and profound but exquisite and symbolic.
An Asscher cut is extremely unique as it is cut with a series of multiple parallel steps. This method is unique in that when you look deep into the stones it creates a hall-of-mirrors effect. What this does, is, it creates additional refraction internally than when the stone is cut in a typical step pattern. For instance, a typical step cut stone results in the feel and look of an elongated emerald cut, which has only slightly trimmed corners. You’ll notice Asscher cut engagement rings by their deeply trimmed corners. This trimming method makes the ring resemble an octagon.
The Asscher cut has been patented exclusively. This means that all Asscher rings hold a unique ID number on the girdle of the stone, which is only visible to a trained jeweler’s eye. Remember to ask your jeweler to show you the emblazoned ID number on the stone to verify the authenticity when you’re browsing around for that perfect ring. Show her how much you care with a ring that says it all and get her an Asscher cut.

Luigi Da Cadamosto discovered Cape Verde in 1456, who was a navigator in the service of Portugal. Four years later, a Portuguese explorer named Diogo Gomes visited the island and by 1462, Portuguese people started to set up permanent settlements.
As the slave trade was going on those days, many people from west Africa were brought there as slaves and by the end of the 16th century, it became the shipping center for the slave trade. Also some slaves stayed there after completing there terms. Many Portuguese people also started living there in colonies and later in 1951 the status of the island was changed from colony to overseas province.
As compared to portugal’s other African holdings the nationalist movement appeared less frequent in Cape Verde. In 1956 the African party for the independence of Guinea and Cape Verde (PAIGC) was formed, where many people fought for there independence in Guinea Bissau. After the fall of portugal’s regime, government negotiated with the PAIGC, and as a result independent Guinea Bissau and Cape Verde are formed.
PAIGC was the single largest party in both countries, and movement was carried out to unite these nations. Efforts for uniting these two nations came to an end, when Guinea Bissau’s government was overthrown in a coup. The name of PAIGC was changed to PAICV in 1981, which stands for African party for the independence of Cape Verde.
Cape Verde’s new president was reelected after the adoption of new constitution. In 1986 the relation with Guinea Bissau was normalized. The centrist movement of Democratic Party took majority of seats in the national assembly elections in 1991.
Periera was defeated by Antonio Mascarhenas Monteiro in presidential elections. In 1995 elections the majority was retained by the Democratic Party and Montiero was once again elected for presidency unopposed. During the mean time, government concentrated on the economic reforms and worked on developing the private sector and attracting the foreign investment. In 2001 PAICV retained the power in national assembly and again reelected in the year 2006 and Pires was elected as a president.
